Five minute yoga: Jumpstart your digestion
So, sometimes we only have five minutes. Before we go to work, before bed or before a Law and Order marathon. Five minutes. We can do something with that. Like a Bear in Cave or a Bug in A Rug: Supta Baddha Konasana
Perhaps my all time favorite restorative pose: Reclining Bound Ankle Pose. This pose it an awesome hip release among it’s other powers. It’s doubtful that you will need this pose today but… To be used for over stimulation from too much football or too many relatives this is a great pose.
